When you enter off the street you find yourself standing in your own private courtyard area beside an enchanting small garden and 2 off street parking spaces, both with automatic door openers.

The courtyard offers a buffer between you and the street, and allows for complete airflow within the house.  The environmental green wall also helps keep both the courtyard and the house cool.
